Notes about the posting of the commissioner meeting minutes:
Starting in January of 2005 the commissioner meetings will be held on a new schedule. Instead of meeting weekly, the meeting is now held every two weeks. View the Commissioners Calendar to see the meeting schedule for the year.
Additional Notes:
- Minutes are taken at each meeting. They are not considered final until they are approved at the meeting the following week.
- If revisions to the minutes are made, they are reflected in the meeting minutes of the following week. Revisions are never made to the original minutes document.
