Magisterial District Judge Jack E. Miller was elected in 2005 for Magisterial District 58-3-01. The Magisterial District Judge term of office is six years. Mifflin County currently has three Magisterial District Judges. Judge Miller's Office covers the following areas in Mifflin County:

Borough of Lewistown Wards 1 through 5
Borough of Juniata Terrace
Township of Granville
Township of Bratton
Township of Oliver
Borough of McVeytown
Township of Wayne
