According to federal regulations, you are entitled to (have a right to) a review of your case once every three (3) years. Notices are sent out to both parties at that time.  If you have not received your notice and it has been three years, contact the Domestic Relations Office and request a "three year review" form.   Parties may request a review of their order every three (3)years to determine if a change in their order would be proper.  If your case is eligible, you may have to come to a conference.
