About the Department:
In 2004, the Mifflin and Juniata County Commissioners entered into an agreement to combine the Human Services Departments for both counties. The Mifflin-Juniata County Human Services Department emerged and is the administering agency for several human service-related grants received by the counties.
The Human Services Department is responsible for promoting policies and programs that protect and support human service activities in Mifflin and Juniata Counties. |
